Terms of Use

Last updated

By using guidetofatherhood.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information, not medical advice

Everything on this site is for general information. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it doesn't create a doctor-patient or any professional relationship. Always consult your own healthcare providers about your partner's pregnancy and your baby's health. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. See the medical disclaimer.

Tools

Our calculators and planners provide estimates based on published methods and the numbers you enter. Results may not fit your situation. Due dates, costs, leave entitlements and schedules should be confirmed with your providers, employer, insurer and state program.

Purchases and the Playbook license

When you buy The First-Year Dad Playbook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, print and use it for your own household. Please don't resell, redistribute, or post it publicly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Affiliate links and ads

Some links are affiliate links, and the site shows ads. See the affiliate disclosure. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, products, or their terms.

Our content

Site content, design, and tools are owned by Guide to Fatherhood. You're welcome to link to any page and share tool results. Please don't copy substantial parts of the site without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, scrape at scale, or submit spam through forms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Guide to Fatherhood isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
