As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Guide to Fatherhood is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com. When you click a product link and buy something, we may earn a commission. You don't pay more because of it.

How we choose products

  • No pay-for-placement. Brands can't buy a spot in our guides.
  • No fake testing. We don't run a product lab, and we never claim hands-on testing we haven't done. Our picks are based on published specifications, federal safety standards, and design features that matter to the people we write for.
  • Safety first. We follow AAP, CPSC and NHTSA guidance, and we tell you what to skip, even when skipping costs us a commission.
  • No prices or star ratings. They change daily and can't be kept accurate on a static page. Check the current listing.
  • Who it's for, and who it's not. Every pick includes the situations where something else would be better.

Links to Amazon on this site are affiliate links. They're marked as sponsored links in our code (so search engines know), open in a new tab, and appear near a disclosure.

Advertising

We may show ads through Google AdSense. Ads are placed outside our tools and are not endorsements. See our privacy policy for how ad cookies work and your choices.

Our own product

We sell The First-Year Dad Playbook. When we mention it, it's our product, and we'll always be upfront about that.
