If The First-Year Dad Playbook isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

  1. Reply to your download email, or use the contact form and choose "The Playbook / an order."
  2. Include the email address you used at checkout.
  3. We'll process the refund to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After a refund

Download links for refunded orders stop working. We trust you to delete your copy.

Problems with your download?

If a link expired or didn't arrive, get a fresh one at the resend page, or contact us and we'll sort it out.
